Given our size and geographical coverage, we will allocate an experienced and qualified local plumber that is closest to you and can visit you at a convenient time to carry out the work or offer a free quote.

When you call us, you will be answered by one of our trained call centre staff (no automated phone systems), who will ask you a few questions about your specific requirement to arrange a visit by one of our engineers.

Our call centre staff will arrange for an appointment time that is convenient for you, for the engineer to visit you to evaluate your specific need and provide a detailed quote. If you are satisfied with the quote, the engineer will return to undertake the job as agreed.

All our engineers have all the required certification and training to execute their jobs. For example Gas Safe (previously CORGI) certificate is required to undertake gas jobs.
