Information for Plumbing & Heating Engineers

We are constantly looking for good plumbing and heating engineers to join our network of approved sub-contractors.

The objective of our website is to provide a convenient and risk-free plumbing & heating support for customers. The site provides large amount of information and background on boilers, heating systems and energy efficient solutions. The site encourages replacement of old boilers with new energy efficient condensing boilers.

The service for customers is:

• Free to use
• Provides a number to call for immediately booking a plumber’s visit   
• Provides quality guarantee through ongoing vetting and feedback

There is no sign-up fee so plumbers and heating engineers pay nothing unless the lead turns into a paid-for job. We allocate customer jobs to our list of approved sub contractors, according to their skills, experience level and their proximity to the customer’s site.

Customer referrals from our website are highly qualified as we refer you to customers that have received initial direction from our trained staff and an indication of our hourly charge. Therefore our customers are serious about moving forward with such installations/repairs.

If you would like to register as an approved sub-contractor with us please email us on info@heatingcentral.com, with the following information:

1. A cover note describing your experience and geographical coverage (e.g. Berkshire, Brighton/Hove)
2. Your updated CV
3. A copy of your Gas Safe Certificate and (both sides) of your Gas Safe Register Card (previously Corgi)
4. A copy of your Public Liability Insurance (minimum £2m cover)
5. A copy of your ACS card, and ACS certificate
6. A copy of your vocational training certificates (e.g. City & Guild)
